Very Disappointed

I purchased a MOVE directly from Sonos.com. Upon receipt, the speaker would not update and the app displayed error code 1013. After around 90 minutes on the phone with support over 2 days I was told that this was a common problem for which there is no "fix" yet. I was told there was nothing more they could do and I had to wait until their techs figured out the problem with no timetable for the "fix". Wait indefinitely for my brand new speaker to work??? I just ordered this thing less than a week ago. Apparently, they've known about this problem but are still selling and shipping them even though they don't work??? I was hoping to use this for our annual Father's Day party, so I am not happy. I paid over $300 for this speaker. How can Sonos think that this is OK?
Cons: Difficult Setup, Difficult to Use, Unreliable, Update Problems

Frustrated with Sonos Move

I'm an engineer so proficient at adding devices to WiFi. I appreciate the sound quality of my Sonos Move. However, it won't reconnect to WiFi after battery runs down. I go thru setup 3-7 times before it reconnects (WiFi great). It requires my phone use 2.4Ghz instead of 5Ghz. It doesn't work if 2.4/5 GHz have same name. Frustrating fix it

Lacks Bluetooth stereo pairing/grouping

I saw this on sale and decided to buy two. I wanted to replace by JBL speakers for on the go listening. I learned these lack a big feature that lesser expensive speakers have. There is no Bluetooth stereo pairing, you can only pair units together over wifi. A huge disappointment considering the price. The sound is okay, but lacks features.

This is the worst experience I've ever had with a portable speaker. Difficult to setup, unreliable, suddenly stops working, music drops out for no reason, refuses to turn on/off, indicator light is unreliable, bluetooth only works with 1 device (good luck streaming on a diff device - it's a nightmare to connect). The MANDATORY app drives me crazy as you cannot setup the speaker with using the app. Great sound & speaker is aesthetic/looks nice in my house Bottomline: not worth the hassle & definitely not worth the price tag.

For the price of this product you think it would be a little louder. I keep it at 90% volume when outside, which I never typically turn any speaker above 50. Glad I finally got the move but it it should be priced closer to the Era 100

Very difficult to add to my S1 system. Even more difficult to turn my S1into an S2 to support the move. A tech savvy neighbor followed the instructions to make the Move compatible but once it was installed the sound cuts out the sound to my sound system.
