I recently moved abroad and brought my Move with me. I was lucky to get one. I love it because I can listen to all my music and channels back home. Sonos is so easy to use and their set up is cake.

Sonos is now like a chef that makes a delicious meal then can't stop dumping more spices in the dish until it is absolutely inedible. You had a delicious grilled steak a decade ago but now you just keep piling dirt on it!!

We have enjoyed our sonos speakers for almost two years, they sound pretty good. However the app is complete and total garbage. I at sitting at the table listening to speakers come on and off at random. The app is totally useless.

I set this up originally in a home where it was the only Sonos product. Easy to set up. Loved it. Then I brought it to another home where there are already Sonos products and haven't gotten it to behave properly. It doesn't want to play well with others. Alexa won't work at all (responds to my voice but doesn't do anything) so I've gone back to my phone to control it -- not ideal when my hands are covered in paint and I'm using it in my art studio. I seem to be able to use the existing speakers or the Move but, if I try both, they're not in sync. It's probably just me...but shouldn't it be easy? I'm not the most tech savvy but I'm no luddite either. I know if I contact Sonos, they'll straighten me out but I'm heading back to the other house in a couple of days so I'm just dealing with it for now.

Cons: Difficult Setup

Great speaker, frustratingly buggy app

Sonos speaker sound quality is great, I like a lot of bass and using the equalizer I can really get this speaker thumpin'. BUT the Sonos app needs a lot of work. Sometimes it just stops mid-play and declares it can't find my music library. Sometimes it starts out by saying it can't find the music library it found the day before no problem. Sometimes it says it can't play the song I selected bc it can't find another song I didn't even ask it to play. I'm tech savvy enough to ensure the system and library host are on the same wireless network and I have a very strong wireless signal and top speeds. No other app or device using wireless in my home chokes like Sonos does. This has been a problem for years, across app versions, and happens whether I am using the mobile or desktop app. I only tolerate it bc the convenience of the Sonos system, when it does work, is hard to be beat. I would be a full-throated Sonos advocate but for this ongoing issue. I would recommend to a friend but only with MAJOR warnings given about the app. Please fix.

Cons: 50-50 shot whether the app works or not=reboot, Unreliable

terrible battery life when not is use

The battery life is terrible when not in use. My phone, when powered off will last weeks before I have to charge it. This speaker, when turned off, went down to zero from 100 percent in a mere three days. That is really unacceptable for not even using it at all.

Love these speakers and would have given them a 5 star rating but the fact that you lose all control of what your listening to outside the WiFi range really bums me out. Would love for it to work seemlessly when leaving your WiFi range and changing to Bluetooth
