Already own set of speakers for my living room and very impressed. Took next step and spent more $$ on the Move for purpose of using outside in sunroom and out by the pool. The Move sounds great & holds long charge. The frustration sets in when the Sonos app does not work without WiFi (data plan does not work) and then the Move will not connect always when using Bluetooth. I attempt to play music off my phone via AirPlay. It finally (usually) works after a lot of frustration and time. It's clear Sonos still has some bugs to workout- 1- app should work on data plan like every other app. 2- Move should be more user friendly for connection and use. Should not be so difficult for the price.
Pros: High quality sound
Cons: Difficult to Use, Difficult to know which mode it's in, Difficult to switch between WiFi & Bluetooth, Not always available selection to app connect

Love the portability but the 2 Moves keep disconnecting from each other. Shows that they are paired but still only one Move plays the music. Very difficult to get to re-pair again. :-(

I use the speaker outside on the deck and it is great as a standalone speaker. If you have google home it does not interface with the hub so you can sync stream.
Pros: Different Music, Different Rooms, Expandable, Superior Sound, Wireless
Cons: Difficult Setup, Unable to sync to google in house hub !!

We have 5 Sonos speakers around the house and love them all. I bought the Move for my husband as a Father's Day gift and he absolutely loves it! We bring it out on our deck and on the patio near the fire pit. No need for an extension cord anymore! The sound is excellent--just like all of the Sonos products. We highly recommend the Move!

Our ceilings are very high and the sound echo's everywhere. So I place my Sonos portable speaker near me, where ever I am in the house........... Have two, will buy a third.....only draw back is they are heavy.

We waited forever for Sonos to make an outdoor speaker. We absolutely love the Move. The docking station/charger makes it easy to move the Move wherever we want while staying connected to the other Sonos speakers in the rest of the house.
