Excellent sound. Assistant feature needs work

I mainly use this as a secondary speaker in my house, digital assistance works well when the speaker is on the base. I also use this as a blue tooth speaker when travelling as it has excellent sound quality

Great Sound. Trouble keeping it on the network

This product is great on it's own, but it has limitations on network connectivity. I have it in an network with a sonos one. We have a wifi range extender and anytime I relocate the Move, it connects to the range extender and that puts it on a different network than the Sonos One. I ordered a Sonos Boost to help with the issue, but the Move is NOT compatible with the Boost.
Pros: Superior Sound, Wireless
Cons: Unreliable

Great product, trouble setting up.

Now that I have the product set up, I absolutely love it. The sound quality is great and I love that it is wireless so I can listen to it anywhere. However, I had a lot of trouble setting the speaker up. I called customer service and the first person I spoke with was extremely rude and was not answering my questions. He told me he wouldn't be able to help me anymore. Which was extremely frustrating as I had this new speaker and no way to troubleshoot how to get it working. I ended up calling back customer service and thankfully got another team member to speak with. She was much more friendly and although it took an hour on the phone to get the speaker working, I was able to complete the set up. The product itself is great, but the customer service could be improved.
Pros: Superior Sound, Wireless
Cons: Difficult Setup
