The move was the perfect addition to my Sonos system. The only thing that I always wanted was a battery power speaker so I could move it around. The move provided me with this option and the Bluetooth makes it the. Eat speaker on the market!!!!

Even being tech savvy I have basically given up trying to modify the set up, once set up initially. I have found it impossible to know why certain things happen (what music is playing where, how to change music, how to get multiple speakers working, how to get speakers working with properly with Alexa), etc. The only savings grace is the music sound quality is excellent and setting up the very basic configuration is easy. However, The website is very poor, difficult to navigate, service and support are not really helpful. Disappointing for such a premium priced product.

Cons: Difficult to Get Useful and Timely Support, Difficult to Use, Hard to Change from Initial Settings

I use this product everyday and the sound is just incredible. Even at a low volume, the sound fills the room, but is not heard throughout the house (which I share with others). I have other Sonos products, but this one is by far my favorite. I love that the speaker is portable and easy to set up. I cannot say enough great things about this product.

This is my third Sonos product. Prior to getting this, I purchased a stereo pair of One SLs which are used in the master bedroom and a Port which I used to integrate my stereo system to. As for the Move, I keep it in the kitchen. The sound it produces is more than adequate for the kitchen. When I venture out to the deck, I grab this and have excellent sounding music outside.

Where is the manual? All I've found are one-offs of "do this" "don't do this" and terribly dis-jointed conversations about various revisions of the apps. I want the book! Step by step, feature by feature, if you want this do thus. This seek and you shall find stuff is the pitts. This is a great chunk of iron I just wish I could figure out how to utilize it! Perhaps the problem lies in what you get is the app and they sell you a chunk of hardware so you can explore the app? Somebody help us if this is a bunch of Apple Officinados! Even Wallie had a Manuel!
