Not sturdy, or possible faulty design

Everything went great with building, until the last step where you hook the two pieces together. The Pilar’s were so loose that the whole thing began to fall apart. I took a step back and fixed both sides. When I tried again the same thing happened the Pilar’s are so loose that they fall off with the roof at the slightest touch.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Most Infuriating Set

My daughter has built many complicated sets and loved this one... until it came time to put the two halves together. It completely fell apart. She rebuilt it with with me and same thing. The third time we were able to get the trees on. BUT when we sat the structure up, things started coming loose for the house on bottom. We flipped it to get the structure stable and the other house (now on bottom) started coming loose. I laid the structure on its side (same way you're supposed to snap the trees on) and the entire thing collapsed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good Set.

The set was very good! I have seen other reviews where the roof fell off but I haven't had that problem. The only bad part about the set was a missing piece. You don't need it for the structure of the set though, so i'm going to replace it with an part from another set while I get a replacement part from Lego.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I loved the design of the upside down. The only issue I had was with the building guide. I had several pages where the color of the brick to use was wrong. But other then that it was very creative.

Great LEGO set!

Took a while, but amazing build! Love the figures, I even added a custom Nancy and Jonathan. I’d say it took around 10 hours and I built 5 hours each day. I was actually able to watch all of the first season and a few episodes of the second season while building it! But it was very fun and now displaying it it just looks great! This one is definitely a keeper

An Incredible Build

I love the show, so this was a no-brainer purchase. The build is challenging and some of the building techniques are really well thought out. I had none of the issues the 1-star ratings speak of (pillars not attaching, houses not connecting, etc). This set requires you to pay attention to details and piece placement, so if you're having issues, it's likely something you're doing wrong.
The mini figs are awesome, especially Dustin and his hair and no teeth smile. Spot on.
Buy this set, pay attention, and start building! You won't be disappointed!

This is an awesome and exceptional set and buying this as a VIP card holder really makes it feel premium. Although the set is great the price is bit high. If this was around 150$ it would have been perfect. Anyways love it.

Fun With The Upside Down

I've only built a few other sets (like seriously one other) but thought I'd test my luck and try this build because I enjoy the show so much and I very recently (less than a month ago) got into Lego. It was absolutely amazing! The detail that went into this set is just awesome! The only reason I didn't give it five stars is the instruction guide. Some of pieces are quite dark and my bad eyes couldn't make them out which was mildly frustrating. Then I found the digital guides app! I will definitely be loading up all instructions on my tablet from now on. Other than that, bravo Lego!
