Almost perfect set

Was overjoyed to get this set for Christmas as an adult collector.
Pros:
-Cool minifigs interspersed throughout the building process
-Both houses and truck were a lot of fun to build
-Fun references in the decorated pieces
-Surprisingly high detail in the rest of the build (almost UCS level)
-Quite sturdy once fully assembled.

Cons:
-Most decorated bricks were stickers
-Trees droned on a little
-Some small details kept falling off during the assembling of the halves
-A couple of piece placements were confusing in the instructions
-A little challenging to flip (go from the middle, grabbing both roofs)

Overall it was a really fun build. 8.5/10. Will definitely take apart and build again.

GREAT DETAILED SET!

This was a great build all the until it came to attaching the Tree Stands. The set would become loose at times do to the pressure you have to put into connecting the joints. But after connecting those you can push down everything and it looks great. This is definitely a display piece I can't see much play with it without it tipping over.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great fun and not a difficult build

This was a Christmas Present from my family and with the whole Covid thing finally got time to build it. I read a few of the 1 star reviews and don't get it. This was not difficult and I have had no issues with it falling apart, instructions where clear and I had no issues while assembling. My 9 year old son helped me assemble it and we had a great time building together. What I found extremely amusing was that the "Eleven" minifig was in bag 11... clever guys!!!. Keep up the good work!!!

Beautiful set, fantastic display piece with tons of small details. Very impressive how the truck stays attached upside.
Completely ignore the negative reviews, these people had to have built it incorrectly. Not a single piece has fallen off mine, and I’ve displayed it both normally and “upside down”

A challenging and fun build. Highly recommend you take your time (whatever pace that is). Small errors can lead to big issues towards the end. Awesome build !

LEGO the upside down

I love this set, my favorite minifigure is Dustin Henderson, although the demogorgon is a close second. But one complaint I have is I do not think eleven's minifigure does not represent her well enough, (specifically her hairpiece!) but overall, I think the set is "Wicked" cool! One more thing I would like to state is I love the way that they captured "the upside down" bye for now!

Must Buy!!!

This set wowed me from the first sights and it didn’t fall short. If you’re wondering if it’s worth the money, then the answer is yes! There are many nice building techniques, features, and details that really make this set a must have. The build itself is decent size and has a strong frame so it can get roughed up a bit! The characters are great and the build is very accurate to the show for all the fans out there! I had a lot of fun putting this set together, it took me some time and it wasn’t the easiest so the challenge was great! I hope this helps in future decision making!
