Broken down two times in 3 months

THis machine has stopped working twice in 3 months. Te first repairman said it need a new control board. It's only four years old.

Stopped working completely

I have, a few main issues with this unit.
First and foremost, it takes way too long. Considering the fact that this is an energy star appliance, I'd expect it to have a much more efficient run time. It advertises a 1hour run time, but that's the shortest cycle, and only after you turn off the dry cycle.
Second, and my main issue, is the control panel itself.
The unit started turning on randomly, even when no one opened it, wasting electricity.
After so many start ups, it would eventually become completely unresponsive and the controls wouldn't work at all. The only option, was to do a hard reset. Which meant unplugging and plugging it back in, (reseting the breaker did not work)
I have a home warranty claim put in for it, I hope they just cash it out so I can get a new, AND different unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Actual cycle times vary based on soil level, water temperature, and options selected. While the 1-Hour Wash cycle might only take 60 minutes (time still depends on the previous factors) by itself, selecting other options (ex. Dry Boost) will add additional time to the overall cycle. Just stopped working

What a surprise… the dishwasher just stopped working after being just 4 years old like several other reviews I’ve read. The control board will not turn on no matter what is done in attempt to fix the problem. NOT happy

Do not buy

Have only had a few year less than five. It has quit working and when I tried to run it, it started smoking and smelled like burnt wires. Could have burned my place down. Paid too much for this piece of junk.

Nice but not working as I was expected

I was excited the fact it highly said about not needing to scrape too much for this to work. I still had scraped food out, but left stuff slightly to test .. it really didn't clean that well. Bowls still had some cake batter (which I actually rinsed it mostly out), dish had some cheese left here and there...
Racks are way too wide each section for my dishes.. i can't fit any of them nicely... and it's very awkward. I don't like the fact of top rack shelf won't stay open and it always comes down.
I also don't really care for the Silverware baskets... I wish they had section for small things like chopsticks (not only on the top .. which it doesn't stay well when I open and close...)
It works - but I feel like i have to still scrape very clean before I put dishes like my old one... which I could've gotten way cheaper than this model.

So quiet.

So far, we love this dishwasher. It cleans fabulously and its quiet. The only problem is that the upper slider for the rack has a plastic stop on the end that keeps falling off.
I would recommend this to a friend!
