washes great, and heat dry is amazing!

I had a work mug that I drink hot tea in which was stained brown. I put it in the dishwasher not thinking it would get clean, but it looks brand new! I have washed it in my old dishwasher and it never got it as clean as my GE one

Two out of four not working after only 4 years!!!

We bought a GE kitchen appliance package 4 years ago for our new home. Refrigerator, gas range/oven, dishwasher, and microwave. Two months ago our microwave started blowing the fuse in the garage and doesn’t work anymore. Ok, ok…microwaves aren’t what they used to be. But last week our dishwasher on a separate wall/panel/electric source just completely died…no power or function. We had an electrician come out to check electrical and nothing is wrong. BOTH GE appliances are dead after only 4 freaking years. I thought GE was waaaay better than that. I can’t see paying for a service call on appliances only 4 years old only to most likely be told we have to pay for parts or worse…two new appliances. Our model for the dishwasher is GDP615HSMOSS.
Microwave was part of that same package. Has anyone else had this happen to such newish appliances? I am BEYOND frustrated….

Love that it is very quiet, but the love stops there. The prongs are too far apart and when we put dishes in they are difficult to remain standing and almost always move when it is slid back in to close door. Disappointed with that design. Obviously was not tested correctly.

Have GE Profile stove & mircowave & now purchased a GE dish washer. I have never had a problem, their stylish, functional, and love the features.

Good Dishwaser

I purchased this dishwasher due to "NO ADJUSTABLE RACKS." The plastic in the adjustable racks in my last dishwasher (not a GE) deteriorated and were expensive to replace.
The GDP615HSMSS is quieter than I thought it would be and cleans & dries very well. Overall, after 6 months, I'm very pleased.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Had a leak the 5th time I used it.

The 5th time I ran it I woke up to water all over the kitchen floor.
It was fixed at no charge, but I am going to hold judgement until I have used it numerous times. Quietness, cleanliness, etc. have been superb. The sump pump wasn't tightened down according to the tech who fixed it, things happen, I am pleased, just want to make sure it keeps working!

Love this dishwasher!

First new dishwasher I've had in 20 years. I can't believe what I've been missing out on all these years, this dishwasher is wonderful! Quiet, sometimes I have to put my ear next to it to make sure it's running. Space galore, plenty of room to put cups, pans, I like the fold down rack on the top shelf, works great for my mug lids, silverware divider is great when I have lots of spoons-keeps them from spooning:) Cleans great, plenty of cycles to choose from. Overall I'm very happy with my new dishwasher.
