DIED AFTER 2 YEARS
on August 5, 2021

Liked this dishwasher well enough. Bought it for the dry boost and the bottle washers. Quickly found that it had its annoyances--like the water supply arm falling off repeatedly. But it died after just 2 years. Tried to fix it by replacing 7 parts. No good. Can't believe these manufacturers can produce such garbage without repercussion. What a waste.

Oh no! We are so sorry to hear about the trouble you have had with your dishwasher and certainly would not expect this. It sounds like you have had a rough experience and we regret this has happened. We are always happy to help and recommend having a certified technician take a look should something like this happen again. Thanks so much. - John@GEA

Easy Controls
on January 10, 2022

The dishwasher does a great job of breaking through dried on, hard to wash plates. A huge improvement from our older dishwasher that this replaced. Easy controls and nice and quiet.

Stop Drying After 2 Years
on September 3, 2022

product itself when working is awesome. Efficient, relatively quiet and more. That said, the heated options stopped working. Incredibly annoying and hoping to not cost a fortune to repair.

Works fine, but it collects water in bottom
on January 23, 2023

I bought this in September 2018 and it has worked fine. I don't run it every day, and sometimes only 2 times a month. What I don't like is it will collect water in the bottom of the tub with no way to drain without running a cycle. I don't want to run an hour cycle when I just need to drain the 1- 2 inches of standing water. Drain in clear and filter is clean.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello- We appreciate you taking the time to provide your feedback on our website as we are always trying to better and improve our appliances for the best possible Consumer experience.
With that being said, water settled in the bottom of the dishwasher at the end of the wash cycle is normal (1-2 cups). This water helps to keep the pump seal lubricated. Water should not be as high as the front of the center raised island in the bottom of the tub. If dirty water is building up over time in the bottom of the dishwasher and your installation does not have an air gap, make sure you have a high drain loop.
A high drain loop is created when the drain hose is installed with a loop that is a minimum of 32 inches above the floor. This is accomplished by attaching the drain hose to the underside of the countertop. Without a high drain loop or air gap, dirty water from the sink can flow into the dishwasher. The dishwasher drain hose should be connected to the house drain either directly or through an air gap.
If there is excessive water in the tub at the end of a cycle, you may have a draining issue. You can view troubleshooting tips at the link below for draining issues:
