After having a dishwasher that was very loud and also didn’t always get dishes clean, this is amazing!! I don’t have to scrub my dishes before loading . And.... it’s so quiet you can’t hear it in the next room!

Design flaw

Unfortunately this dishwasher needs to be replaced after only 5 years of use. One of the metal clamps that holds the heating element in place somehow became dislodged, causing the heating element to come into contact with the plastic/rubber dishwasher bottom, burning a hole in the bottom of the dishwasher. We now have water leaking constantly from the dishwasher, rendering it useless.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This dishwasher is quiet and cleans everything. The hidden controls make it look sleek in the kitchen. The little jingle it plays when the cycle is done is lovely.
