custom service is the worst

Had it for 30 days now, still trying to get connected to Wi-Fi the unit will not connect to appliances GE cloud and can not use all my features really disappointed in GE this range is not cheap Cafe CHS90XP2MS1,I have contacted GE SmartHQ 4x no one has gotten back to me :(
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Replaced a 5-year old induction range from another company with this model. Old range required 2 circuit board replacements, and was hardly insulated (oven would super heat the cabinets on both sides).
This range so far has been amazing. Water boils very quickly; oven heats to temperature everything minutes. The added feature of an included air fryer option is a bonus - literally saves us from being another countertop appliance. Lastly, in terms of style, this range looks top-flight. We bought a "luxury brand" for the old model when we redid our kitchen - this range is far better looking.
Overall, I would absolutely buy this again, and will be replacing other appliances with this line when needed in the future.
I would recommend this to a friend!
