We ordered it on 6/13, installed 9/12. It has never worked. GE is dodging trying to address it's problems and has told our installer it is a "Consumer problem" because we plugged it in at delivery. How, pray-tel, might one use a Induction Range if it is not plugged in? Replacement boards not available. Can't replace Range with another.
This will be my 1st GE product and the Last.

Lots of things to learn about.

Seems ok. Burners are too sensitive. To the size of the PAN. Period the temperature control seems too not be responsive. 2 small changes period the camera in the oven worked well. That seemed aims too far back for casserole. I put in period Have not been able to connect my s m q yet, but haven't spent a lot of time at it. The front left burner with the little bump in it. The spring is too strong and tips. A lot of pans. Add installation. The plug in back was not recess into the oven, so that you couldn't slide the unit all the way against the wall and had to put a spacer in. You wanted to know what I think of it. I've told you I hope that s time goes on. I'll learn to use more features. And enjoy it more.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Has a lot of potential, but the left front burner has been a problem since I got the stove. I currently have the 3rd service call scheduled. FYI, the service site is worse than the stove.

Don't buy it !

I purchased this range two years ago, and I've already had to request service five times due to repeated induction failures. It malfunctions every few months, leaving us without a functioning range for weeks at a time. Each repair takes between one to two weeks to get things back to normal. If you're considering this range, I'd strongly recommend staying away from it due to its ongoing reliability problems.

Burner broke after 5 months

While it was great while it worked, one burner broke after 5 months of normal use. I expected more reliability for this price range as a premium line of product from GE.

Oh no!
This is not the kind of this we would expect from our products. We're truly sorry to hear about this and understand your frustration. It's great to see that you were able to take advantage of your warranty to schedule service repairs and trust your range will be back to working great. Take care. Mike@Cafe

Disappointed

GE (Cafe) Appliances increased the price and removed the warming drawer - leaving only a storage drawer. Increase profits and reduce amenities is what GE did. Take advantage of the opportunity they are.

Hi - We are so sorry to hear you're disappointed with our current product line-up and that we are not offering the specific style model you have interest in.
In reviewing past and present models, we are unable to locate an induction range in the modern glass finish with a warming drawer. The previous model we offered CHS900M2NS5, also had a storage drawer and we stopped producing that model last year.
We do offer an induction range with a warming drawer and the in-oven camera in stainless -- https://www.cafeappliances.com/appliance/Cafe-30-Smart-Slide-In-Front-Control-Induction-and-Convection-Range-with-In-Oven-Camera-CHS90XP2MS1 --
We will gladly share your concerns with our design team for future product offerings. Kind regards - Vikki@Café

Not the features I was hoping for

Induction is suppose to be fast at bringing pots to a boil and displeased with the burner sensor being for large pots. I dislike the display with the scenery slide show, it make it hard to read

Your comments regarding your range are extremely important and will be considered by our product design team for review. We appreciate the feedback.

You need an internet connection in order to use certain badic functions like convection roast. DO NOT BUY THIS APPLIANCE. It should be stand alone. It is just another unethical company wanting to gather information.
