[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The colors are vibrant and rich and the contrast is the best I've seen since plasma. We have the TV in direct sunlight because it's the only place in our room that accommodates and with past TV's we could handle watch TV in the middle of the day because the glare was too strong and the images were too washed out. Not the case with this TV. It is much brighter but in a natural way. Everything looks better on this TV compared to the 50" LCD that this replaced. Couldn't be happier with this purchase.

Generally most companies put their all best behind the picture but LG did a very good work on the sound side too. This B9 price wise also very reasonable compared to other OLED in the market, so I would say this is good bet for OLED.

Amazing tv, horrible customer service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is by far the best tv I have ever owned, so many features. However, since it doesn have so many mew features, such as WiSA, I have a few questions; such as is it capable of playing lossless sound when using WiSA? I have asked various times by e-mail, Facebook, chatbots, to no available. They have actually been quite rude as well. So, in conclusion; 5 stars for the tv, 0 stars for LG customer service, truly awful.
