[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an Isf and technicolor certified TV. However the user interface for adjustments has too many hoops to jump through to get to what you want to navigate on and adjust... I wish there were hot buttons for it. I also would like the ability to turn off color channels for calibrating and have ON BOARD test panels instead of having to put something on a flash drive.... It's actually pretty stupid that it's not already on there. All of the proprietary names for functions that it has in the specs list for advertising it are printed as though the manufacturer assumes the customer knows what it is; but nowhere through the user guide that is on board is it ever mentioned again making you wonder if what you're looking at is actually the same TV that you wanted to buy. This is fine and dandy for a typical tech-savvy videophile that can figure it out for themselves but it's not a TV for the casual spectator with a lot of money. I'm done picking it apart for now as for the rest of it picture quality is what you can expect from LG; like I mentioned earlier it is ISF certified... Not really something that is necessary for Saturday morning cartoons and C-SPAN.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this TV for about three weeks now I do understand you have to try things however football games are blurry baseball games are pixelated. This TV it’s a trick in the stores beautiful clear picture you get it home and you spend 3K for no 4K . Then when you try to get DIRECTV to give you the upgraded technology they tell you it’s the same as what they’ve had all along but they do offer one set of channels in 4K but they’re pay-per-view so really what are you buying other than being sucked into a trap? If the store wasn’t so far away I would bring this TV back in a heartbeat $3000 for no 4K.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Many times picture quality troubles can be resolved with a few tweaks to the settings. We have a help library article that recommends the settings for getting the best picture settings: https://www.lg.com/us/support/product-help/CT10000018-20150577528034-menu-settings If you're in need of some guidance with using your TV, please head to our support page at @LGUSSupport on Twitter or you can give us a call at 800-243-0000 so a specialist can help out. ^CP

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tv is ok but why no user manual? Also do not like the shape and feel of the remote. Also the Remote control red dot on the tv is annoying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this New Year’s Day 2020 because our Samsung TV had a processor failing. after looking at many TV’s and many different brands we chose the QLED and so happy with our purchase.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this tv for about a month and just love the beautiful picture and great audio. It looks great just sitting there turned off.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this tv a few months ago and I love the brilliant picture and the ability to focus the sound where I sit. I would give this five stars if it came with an illuminated remote control.
