[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 2 weeks ago and the picture is great. The smart features are OK but the menu layouts are a bit strange to my way of thinking. It was hard to figure out how to do some things but I called the help line and they were very good at fixing my issues. I would buy this TV again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually purchased my TV in September 2019, along with a two-year extended warranty. At some point in the third year the TV screen began showing progressively worsening yellow-green shift and pixel burn-in. I contacted LG and hey had a technician come to my house and install a new front panel, under warranty. Good as new! Beautiful picture. (See before and after photos).
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV in December and so far, I’ve been very happy. The picture is clear and colors good. The size is perfect for a normal size room. Big enough without being huge. The operating system is easy to navigate. This coming from a 70 year old. I have a sound bar, but don’t know if I really need it as the sound is good.
