Great TV starting to get bogged down with ads

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this TV for almost 2 years, and visually it has been fantastic. The deep OLED black levels are amazing, especially on shows like "The Expanse" and all of our content looks better than it ever has. That said, almost 2 years into this TV, LG's decision to push more and more "surveillance" apps and adjusting the terms of service to monitor what content is being viewed is making me consider not buying future LG products. I bought a TV - let me disable all other "Smart" funtionality and just use it for its hardware features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have located this TV on top of my fireplace (not used) in room with floor to ceiling Glass windows. I get excellent picture in spite of this. The TV has broad viewing angle. The issueI have is the TV has one port for optic connection. I have a sound bar that is connected to the TV using this port but I other devices that needs to be connected by optical line.

It's crazy how much of a difference it makes when watching movies or playing video games. I actually can't even watch tv on my old LED HD TV anymore, once you experience OLED, everything else just looks so much worse. Plus I haven't had a single problem/issue the entire time I've owned it. I'm not joking when I say that buying an OLED was literally life changing. If my girlfriend for some reason gave me the ultimatum of either choosing her or the tv, I honestly would choose the OLED without even thinking twice about it. Pack your things babe, time to make room for the true love of my life, my LG OLED TV.

I bought a 65 in. OLED flat screen and within 2 years the pixels went bad and I had a huge green spot and broad lines underneath it in the middle of the screen. I will never buy another LG product as long as I live.
