[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish I had spent a few more dollars. The 55" isn't quite big enough. Perfect for standard blu-rays. DVDs look much more blurry.
Blacks are great. Noise in dark scenes but you can learn that if you use the right settings.
Speakers offer poor sound quality so you'll need speakers but most tv built in speakers are trash.
Smart features are flawless. Missing some less popular apps but more are being added every day.
Great tv. Had to refresh the screen about 5 times to get rid of some dead pixels when first gotit. Now it couldn't look better.
LG makes the best TV's. Other brands use their panels. Probably why they're so expensive. Look Kno further. This is the one.

Best picture quality I have seen but...

It is definitely the best picture quality on a TV I have ever seen but right at around the 11 month mark, I noticed a gradual vertical line forming on the TV.
I ran the pixel refresher and it went away but then returned. Did not matter what source I used.
Finally, it got to where the pixel refresher did not make it go away anymore.

I was lucky enough to still be within the 1 year warranty and opened a service ticket and it did not take long for me to speak with a local service person, after telling him the symptoms, he knew it was the panel itself and had it shipped to me. Then they scheduled the repair pretty fast.
Love the TV quality but not happy I had panel issues in less than a year.

Very dissappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this TV 4 months ago. Since then a technician has been changing parts 5 times ti fix various problems. Give me a break people. This TV is 4 months old and virtually every part had to be replaced under the warranty, including the screen. I will never buy another LG TV again
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Everything is amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought it about a year. Favorite tv I ever bought the 4K is cool but what is supper impressive is the oled display and the dynamic range of color it output once combined with hdr 10 also game mode is great if you need that
