[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV is beautiful. Even my wife, who is not a television fan and could not have been less interested in a new TV, has said, "it's gorg." I've been having some problems with the audio wired to my surround system via the optical cable. I've ordered a new cable to see if that's the problem. I still haven't had a whole lot of time to play with it. But, at least initially, I'm very happy with my purchase. I do wish, however, the remote lit up for use in a darkened room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the OLED55B9PUA to replace a 10yr old plasma set. The plasma had a very good picture yet but the OLED is by far superior. I want the true blacks and that is what this set delivers, a beautiful sharp picture.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I must admit that the B9 wasn't my original first choice. While waiting for my first choice to go on sale I was in the store and the B9 was on display next to the TV I intended to buy and I immediately noticed the B9's superior picture quality. I also did a screen touch comparison and found the B9 was cool to the touch while the other TV produced a considerable amount of excess heat (which usually means wasted energy). At the same screen size the B9 was a lot lighter in weight and thinner in width than the other TV which made the B9 a lot easier to wall mount as I ended up having to do the task alone. Once I purchased the B9 and set it up in my home and adjusted the picture settings I am even more impressed with the picture than I was in the store plus there are lot of pleasant surprise options (like the laser pointed remote on screen mouse) that I am discovering as I continue to my new TV. I would definitely recommend this TV!
