I quickly learned that all HD input is not of equal quality, but when it is at the top level this set lets you see amazing detail. With the sound routed through my speaker system, watching TV is much more enjoyable. I am very pleased with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this TV after researching many options. This model ranked high on Consumer Reports, which meant a lot to me. Remote is extremely intuitive and synced easily to our Tivo, which was a pleasant surprise. Turning off the motion-smoothing function is not intuitive, but I did figure it out. (This "feature" ruins most video, in my opinion. I guess it's good for sports, but I don't watch much sports.)
