[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven’t had this tv very long yet and still haven’t figured out the settings and how to use certain features. There is definitely a learning curve involved in operation of the software that makes everything work right still trying to figure out how to use the AI assistant’s. Not really sure if it’s me, the assistant’s themselves, or the software the television itself is using but I haven’t been able to make any work well enough to make it a pleasant experience. I’m sure as I use it and get more familiar with it things will work better. Aside from that and the lack of the espn + app are really my only complaints otherwise I love it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this LG OLED TV a few weeks ago, and I can say that this is one of the best products I ever got. I worked on Visual Effects, and picture quality is something important to me. So when I decided to buy my first TV, I did a lot of research (I had to move a lot in the past, so I never had a chance to own one) and LG OLED didn't disappoint me. The black is pure deep black, and because of that, it will give you more contrast, and the pictures pop out. The experience that you will get is something hard to tell, but you have to see it in person, like the experiences that I got when I see the movies in Dolby theater with Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos (Oh this TV has it all). Another reason that made me purchased is that I want to try the WebOS for a long time. I was a big fan of WebOS since Plam Pre, and I can tell you that it's even more impressive on TV. It's intuitive, easy to use, and I can feel how much work and care the LG developer team has put on to the operating system. I'll give the team 10/10 — good job LG team for this such amazing product.
