[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this set back in February and it works wonderfully and great picture quality. Keeping an eye out for burn-in issues The only thing i would change is the TV stand could be higher. Its sits too low so that you can't put a sound bar in front of it without it intruding into the screen view

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my new OLED tv about two weeks now, and I’m especially pleased with the beautiful picture. I had some trouble with the audio, which I traced to using the Artificial Intelligence option. Instead of getting simulated surround sound, the sound was just weird, going louder and quieter on its own. I think the AI sound setting is not quite ready for prime time. I may update this review after I’ve had the tv a little longer.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this TV and would choose it again. The only negative issues are that I don't care for the shape and feel of the remote. It's often often difficult to accurately use the remote because it "projects' a cursor onto the screen. You move the cursor around by manipulating the remote which makes it difficult to always make the correct options. Also, changing channels is a bit confusing. All in all, I'd still recommend this TV to friends.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture on this TV is the best. The remote is awesome and the selection of smart apps is very good. My one con would be that Alexa doesn't seem to work as well as you'd think. Maybe I don't have it configured quite right, but she doesn't do some function I thought would be easy, like switching the source.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wanting to get an LG OLED for years and I finally had an occasion to do so when I remodeled a room by putting a small home theater in there. For years we have been a single-TV family - strange, I know - but I needed (wanted) a room where I could watch HDR movies with the quality I wanted.
The setup was straightforward and once I turned it on with an Apple TV 4K plugged in, I was like a geek in an gadget store. Night time scenes look great because the blacks are truly black and not gray. The colors pop without being over saturated if you have the settings right. One thing that surprised me was that the menu system and the mouse mode was very easy to use. I like that the menus are simply structured and are easy to navigate. There’s so much more that I haven’t played around with yet (like Alexa voice control) because I had it up and running so quickly. That’s one of the benefits of a well designed user interface: it should be simple enough to use but still have options for those who want to do more advanced things.
So far, software updates have been unobtrusive and automatic so I haven’t had to jump through hoops to do anything.
I currently have a 75” TV by another company but will want an LG OLED when it comes time to replace that one. I hope prices continue to come down.
By the way, the OLED panel is about as thick as a pencil - amazing!
Pros: Style/Design, ease of use, Performance, Quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven’t purchased a TV in over 7 years. I am so happy with my decision. The picture is great, the sound is great, the screen is about as thick as two credit cards, the magic remote is so easy to use and the LG channels were a nice surprise. I absolutely love this TV. I am so glad I paid a little extra for OLED.
