I loved it. But then it started to have issues

i loved it for the first month. now it will never connect to my phone so i only really use it for the steps . its disapointing i never spend alot of monwh on myself so i splurged on it . and i cant do half of the things i should be able to do

Fairly good watch until...

the watch isnt bad except it constantly unpaired from my device. sometimes while i was sitting next to it. speaker needs a volume control and i couldnt hear the person well. had to have the watch pretty much up to my mouth for them to hear me. the battery life sucks. i had to keep it on black and white battery saver mode to get any kind of battery life out of it. last night there was an update available.. after i clicked it my watch went crazy flashing a rebooting, then a black screen, then rebooting.. for the entire night until my watch died. wont turn back on. had this thing less than a year or around that. not worth the money i paid for it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using Samsung for over 10 years now. I have plenty of their phones, watches, televisions in the past. I would totally recommend Samsung to anyone who was inquiring about there products. I love the new galaxy watch. I previously had the galaxy sport before I received this one. I love the design it is real sleek and not bulky like the previous models. The only thing I wish was better is the battery life. Granted, I do use it very often but charging it every other day is a hassle. That's the only reason I gave it 4 stars, that battery-life needs some improvement!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Samsung Never Again

so disappointed. watch which is still under warranty started rebooting and would not stop. sent to samsung and they said it has water damage and want almost as much for the repair as i paid for it. the watch is (water resistant) and even has a swimming app. i have never swam with the watch but have showered with it a couple of times. this is the icing on the cake after buying a samsung refrigerator that is very problematic. i'm on my 4th galaxy phone. it will now be my last. i will never buy another samsung product again.

i bought this watch in march. still learning to use it, however, this morning the back just slid out! it was like it had been glued together and it just came apart. very disappointed to say the least.

Very frustrated that there is still no ECG

The watch is fine but it was advertised as having an ECG and fall detection. Neither of these things is actually on the watch and no one seems to know if/when that update is coming. I wouldn't have made the purchase had I know these features are non existant.

if im being 100% honest i wanted to get a apple watch series 5 but a friend had the galaxy active watch 2 and i fell in love with it.its the beat watch ive ever had i swear.auto workouts,sleep tracking,and best workout categories.you wont regret buying thats a promise!
