LOVE MY WATCH!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this watch for my birthday in February. My Cardiologist actually suggested I get the watch for my AFIB and I am really glad I did. I never would have known that my heart issue was in need of medication until my watch detected the problems and I showed the EKG readings to my DR. He about flipped out!

An great watch if you want to track your wellbeing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my watch as a tool to track my daily activities, as I embarked on a journey to lose the extra weight I have. Having this watch as made it easier to understand my workouts and the amount of effort I am putting into them. For the most part, I feel the numbers throw at me are as accurate as they can be.
I think the way it looks is simplistic but that's great for me, I don't wear watches to have them stand out, I like my accessories to be discrete. Battery life has been decent, where it can last up to three days, depending on how much of my exercise I am tracking.
