Nice upgrade over the Gear S3 Frontier

upgraded from s3 frontier and love it. nearly the same features, but looks much better and runs smoother. battery lasts much longer at 2-3 days instead of the s3's 19hrs

i think this watch is great. just as good as the apple watch in my opinion. the screen is nice looking and sharp. i'm not a runner but i wanted something that looked nice and would help motivate me to workout more. this watch does that. it encourages me to stand up and move and you can select the type of work out you are doing (other than running) and it'll track that. for example, i do hiit videos and it tracked my heartrate, approximate calories burned, etc.
i also like how the watch looks. the round shape looks classy and not overly tech-y. i feel like you could wear this in any occasion. i didnt feel that way with other wrist devices from other manufacturers. thanks for a great product!

Long lasting charge, many features

i love this watch. it really does everything i want. it keeps me on my goals and i like the color and style. its light weight and comfortable. i like how it keeps track if mg steps and workout goals. it inspires me to be healthier. i like that you can find your phone quickly with it and that it has a night mode.

Stair Count not working

the active 2 watch has been working great ----except---- the stair count function is not working. checked the web for fixes, nothing except the usual nonsense from samsung to reset everything, even though there there were dozens of messages from users who tried this with no result.
so now whether to send the watch back to samsung while it is still under warranty and hope that glitch is unique to my watch and not something that samsung has not gotten around to fixing in the software.
very frustrating!!!

Awesome watch but big miss on Battery Life

i was torn to give 1 star given functionality & design are great (i have lte version). battery life killed it for me. if i'm lucky i get 6-8 hours. can't even track my sleep since it doesn't last a full day. i truly regret not returning it. went back to my fitbit. now let me tell the great:
-lte functionality is great. when my hands are full (most times) i just answer on the phone. don't mind paying the extra $10 for lte
-the watch design & variety of e-skins are awesome. i love them. option to customize them is also great (steps, date, etc.)
-i couldn't care less for wireless charging. i actually prefer to plug; quick, relieable & no need to wait to confirm is charging. also, most electronics are usb-c now. i would like to leverage my usb-c charges around the house to plug my watch.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

i love the watch but i wish it could hold a charge for more than four hours. i have to make the charge time longer.
