disappointing

this watch does not count steps accurately. it also gave me inactivity reminders when i was up and walking around. i've tried updating to the latest software and restarting it, but neither helped. i tested the active2 by wearing it for a full day on my wrist with my old samsung gear s3 and my old fitbit. the active2 step count was nearly half of the counts of the other two devices. i am very disappointed and opened a warranty ticket. would not recommend.

Breaking after the warranty expires

back lid just came off. works good for the first year, then the glue they use to keep the lid together starts melting and the lid comes off.

Battery life and charging reliability

i haven't had this product for a full year yet and it's already useless. battery: doesn't last for longer than a day or a full day . so i have to charge this watch every day as soon as i get home. the charger is garbage. it already stopped working. now i have an expensive watch that has become useless because there is no other way to charge the watch. unless i spend more money on another useless charger which might or might not last a full year.

Don't buy

the watch just shut off randomly yesterday and refused to turn on. at first, i thought it was the battery even know i knew it shouldn't be dead, so i charged it. it still won't turn on. i've only had this for 14 months, and now it won't work. of course, my warranty has expired, so i will have to pay out of pocket to fix it. i used this for the bare minimum. though it's waterproof, i hardly ever use it in water. i don't use it for much of anything; just track my steps, sometimes for exercise when i remember to turn it on and for text. if they don't fix things, they will be losing lots of customers i am not a happy customer at all right now. battery life also sucks by the way so safe your money and invest in something else. this watch is not it

WORST WATCH EVER!!!!

most times when you try to charge it, it doesn't charge.
it's an lte watch but you have to have your phone near by.
it starts to "cool down" so you can't use it.
i am pretty much done with samsung.
