upgraded from s3 frontier and love it. nearly the same features, but looks much better and runs smoother. battery lasts much longer at 2-3 days instead of the s3's 19hrs
I would recommend this to a friend!

Disconnects from phone too easy
on October 13, 2020

disconnects from your phone if you leave it in one room and go into the next. i bought to be able to get notifications at work while i'm in another room but as soon as i leave my phone in my office and walk into the hall, it disconnects. what's the point in having the watch if you have to have your phone on you at all times?
i'm loving it because it works just as my phone. the phone calls, to find my phone that was always a problem, i can text message and i can transfer whats on my phone to my watch. great product! it looks so fancy. i got in in rose gold and it looks beautiful.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Charging Time not great and dies fast

very surprised to find it did not come with a charger. veylry disappointed
the active2 is mostly fine. we don't like the samsung weather app - it rarely updates on its own, won't update on demand & the temp is mostly off by 4+ hrs. the new ecg function is another problem. we looked forward to it! but, to use the active2 ecg app, samsung health monitor demands we set a 2-step verif on our phones. we don't want to do that! we're senior citizens. it's hard enough to single swipe our phones open for rapid use! we can't bumble with 2-step verifs in order to use the active2 ecg app. we want to use that watch app. samsung should add a 2-step verif just for the health monitor app & its data files - not require it for the entire samsung phone's use. that's a real downside to active2 app use.

I did enjoy the watch

i bought this watch in march. still learning to use it, however, this morning the back just slid out! it was like it had been glued together and it just came apart. very disappointed to say the least.
i was really excited to receive my galaxy watch. i misplace my phone frequently so the find my phone function was much desirable. since i've received my watch, i have noticed that the find my phone feature does not always work. this is disappointing because it's the main reason that i purchased the watch. the watch is terrible at capturing steps. the text feature is most consistent when connected to bluetooth and wifi but i've had issues it as well. i do like that you're able to type or use voice-to-text to send messages. i have also found my skin getting irritated lately from wearing it. i would not purchase this product again.
