I love love love this watch!

my husband bought this for me for my up and coming job in the health care field so i'd always have access to my kids or any important phone calls and/or texts. it's so simple to use. i have another samsung watch but it's the gear. it's older and i wanted something sleek and looked more like a watch. it has great features and overall, a nice watch! very happy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Overpriced, short battery life, long charge time.

pros: cool watch faces to pick from, and the distance measurements are insanely accurate. for example, if i run 3 miles on the treadmill, it will be right on the money. now, the negatives. everyday is a struggle to find when you want to go without it for the long charge time, which also has to be daily. so at that point you are going to lose your steps. i use my watch at night to check the time if i wake up, so overnight charging is not an option for me. another thing that i hate is no matter the watch face, i can't permanently leave the screen on heart rate, and it only refreshes if i bring my wrist up to the front of my body. i should be able to check it when my wrist is by my side.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

i love the watch but i wish it could hold a charge for more than four hours. i have to make the charge time longer.

i have had so many watches including all generations of fitbit and various wearos devices but none have come close to the experience i got from this watch.
the watch is zippy and you can tell that tizen is very simple to keep the watch functioning smoothly. while there is not a huge catalog of apps, you really don't need that much in a smartwatch and all the important apps are there.
the design is awesome, it is simple and sleek. i especially love the circular design and smooth curves. it is also very comfortable, the included band was surprisingly soft.
the watch has been updated with ecg. if you are on android and especially if you have a samsung phone, this is the watch to get.

Awesome watch but big miss on Battery Life

i was torn to give 1 star given functionality & design are great (i have lte version). battery life killed it for me. if i'm lucky i get 6-8 hours. can't even track my sleep since it doesn't last a full day. i truly regret not returning it. went back to my fitbit. now let me tell the great:
-lte functionality is great. when my hands are full (most times) i just answer on the phone. don't mind paying the extra $10 for lte
-the watch design & variety of e-skins are awesome. i love them. option to customize them is also great (steps, date, etc.)
-i couldn't care less for wireless charging. i actually prefer to plug; quick, relieable & no need to wait to confirm is charging. also, most electronics are usb-c now. i would like to leverage my usb-c charges around the house to plug my watch.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

so disappointed. watch which is still under warranty started rebooting and would not stop. sent to samsung and they said it has water damage and want almost as much for the repair as i paid for it. the watch is (water resistant) and even has a swimming app. i have never swam with the watch but have showered with it a couple of times. this is the icing on the cake after buying a samsung refrigerator that is very problematic. i'm on my 4th galaxy phone. it will now be my last. i will never buy another samsung product again.
