[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i love how easy it is to use. i was able to change the bands to the watch easily and super simple to use. only caveat i wish it could be improved on its the selection of Bluetooth. they don't have that portion on the quick menu on the pull down tab. you have to go all throughout the network settings just to get to bluetooth. but i live that it can detect if i fall or get in an accident. i thought that was a pretty good safety feature to have. just like any other watch, can track bmi, steps, calories, even whatever foods you have eaten. multiple different apps to go with it. even a few games

I love the convenience

I love that I can select the notifications, the faces to choose from, but the reminders to get up and move are my favorite feature. When I get into work on my computer, it is super helpful to let me know how long I have been sentient. The band has a great arrangement of holes for the perfect fit.
