Unreliable GPS and bluetooth

I was excited about this watch but ended up returning it. While it looks great, the GPS is poor and didn't work half the time on my runs. Downloading Spotify was nice, but the device bluetooth is weak and it cuts out constantly if you aren't holding the watch close to your headphones. I was using it with Samsung's newest headphones so it shouldnt have been such a poor experience. The Strava app didn't have an always on screen mode, and even after I changed the screen timeout to 60 seconds, it would hide the screen faster than I could read what was shown during running mode.
Bottom line: This product is not ready for active users and you should avoid this if you care about GPS and music over bluetooth

Great watch, Aqua Black is pretty much blue though

I like the watch a lot. Very responsive compared to any WearOS watch and the display is great. Battery life is pretty good too. I'm glad the rotating bezel is kind of back. The only thing I don't like, and this is a big one in my mind, is that Aqua Black is pretty much Blue. I was expecting a black with a slight hint of Blue. Not the case. This is something you wear on your wrist everyday. Color matters. Pictures on the site when ordering don't really show you how Blue it is either. I'm hoping to find a bumper or something to put on it to make it actually Black because I am not shelling out any extra money for the LTE version.

Overpriced, short battery life, long charge time.

pros: cool watch faces to pick from, and the distance measurements are insanely accurate. for example, if i run 3 miles on the treadmill, it will be right on the money. now, the negatives. everyday is a struggle to find when you want to go without it for the long charge time, which also has to be daily. so at that point you are going to lose your steps. i use my watch at night to check the time if i wake up, so overnight charging is not an option for me. another thing that i hate is no matter the watch face, i can't permanently leave the screen on heart rate, and it only refreshes if i bring my wrist up to the front of my body. i should be able to check it when my wrist is by my side.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this watch for my mom and she loves it! Of course I played around with it for myself for a few days and wow it's cool! A few of the features that I use everyday on my watch are Spotify when I go to work or school, the sleep feature, and the steps! It's so fun to be able to join monthly challenges on the Health app with my mom! We always try to beat each others score. The design for this watch is amazing! It's smooth and the rounded edges of the screen give it a polished feel. Best watch out there!

Looks great, but not the most user friendly

This watch looks great! battery life is kinda terrible. I made the big switch from a fitbit ( which can last 4-5 days) and I was kinda dissapointed with how short of a battery life this has. I tried to rearrange the apps for the watch on my iphone app but it is very hard to navigate. I am really big with fitness tracking and the fact that I can't sync this with myfitnesspal or my scale really bothers me.
I do love the look of this, but there is a lot samsung could do to improve this watch

i have this watch for about a month or so, and i love it. i wear every day. one thing that bothers me is that this watch tends to disconnect from my phone often, even when i am wearing the watch and my phone is next to me.
I would recommend this to a friend!
