[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my Samsung Watch for over a year and I absolutely love it! Most definitely one of the best purchases I've ever met! I have really bad anxiety attacks through out the day, and being able to look down at my watch and see my heart rate and stress level is really a game changer for me. I love the breathing exercise it offers you to lower your heart rate and stress level! Definitely not a regretful purchase!
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great features it's easy to use I think couldn't ask for a better one
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this watch bc I got a pretty good deal on it as one of ordering my phone. It works pretty good. I mean, it works perfectly. It does everything it’s supposed to and everything it says it will. This was my first smart watch and my first experience with one. I’m just not into smart watches I guess bc I don’t see what the big deal is lol. If ur into them this is a great choice. My favorite thing about it is the display. It’s gorgeous

Poor reliability

have been taking good care of the watch and one day the glue holding the watch face to the body came undone. screen still works but is flapping around so watch us unuseable. very disappointed in the quality and surprised that it broke in this way. suggest looking for a more reliable product.

Disk on back comes off after a year
on April 8, 2022

this is the 2nd galaxy active watch i have owned. i am just an average person who wears the watch constantly and doesn't get it wet. after a year, in this last case a year and 9 months, the disk on the back of the watch that rests on your skin comes unglued. the first watch, i tried to glue it back on myself since the warranty was up, and i ruined the watch. now the same thing happened again to this 2nd watch. i'm done buying samsung watches.
this was a great watch, but suddenly it has stopped working. now it won't turn on, won't even charge.

most times when you try to charge it, it doesn't charge. it's an lte watch but you have to have your phone near by. it starts to "cool down" so you can't use it. i am pretty much done with samsung.

Hi Diss!
Thank you for reaching out to us. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you that your Galaxy Watch Active2 (Bluetooth)doesn't charge most of the time, and I know how important your watch is to be working. The experience is not what we expect from our customers. In line with this, the watch model is not an LTE.
