Issue after issue

I bought these earbuds in late December and at first had no issues with them. After about a month I was having issues with the sound changing from normal quality to sounding like it was under water and only in one ear. This eventually stopped but I then had issues with the earbuds pairing out of no where even though the case was totally charged and they where in another room. I called support and was told to go to the place I purchased them an have them replaced. After opening the new pair I have no end of trouble connecting the buds to my phone only to discover that the left bud appears to be broken after trying every troubleshooting instruction I could find. I will certainly not be getting these again and do not recommend them at all.

Terrible Pairing

I bought these and had to have them replaced due to the charging input being faulty. The replacement pair can't handle being played while moving. The sound is intermittent at best while the left and right try to pair with each-other. Solution is to only listen in one ear while the other pod is back in the charging dock. I know they are cheap for wireless but not worth it if unusable.

Not Great

Simply put, these headphones are not great. There's too many shortcomings that make it impossible for me to recommend. Although three different sizes of tips are provided, the best fitting size is rendered useless by the small and bulky size of the earbud meaning it won't securely stay in my ear. It is possible to lock the earbuds in place using the Antitragus/Antihelix of the ear, but it becomes uncomfortable quickly and distracts me from actually listening to the audio. The headphones seem to disconnect from the connected device for a few seconds fairly frequently which eventually becomes frustrating. Finally the audio latency is awful! This may not be an issue if you're just listening to music, but for any video watching, the latency is off putting. Audio quality wise there's nothing here worth writing home about. They do the job all be it with very little bass, but the audio quality is acceptable for a budget pair of earbuds.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent Value For Money

Was never a fan or these Bluetooth headsest, however with busy lifestyle its very important to keep your hands free.
It pairs perfectly with my Huawei P30 Pro. Easy to charge and it snug fits into my ears, single ear piece for calls and double for music on the go.
A functional micro headset.
Loving it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Take very minutes to connect

I toke the earbuds out of the case and they don't connect, and when they connect, the sound continues comming out from the smartphone, now i can't connect anymore, the earbuds are very bad. I only use them not even a day. And this earbuds are the seconds, beacuse the first one, they just don´t turn on.

1. Turn the Bluetooth off on the device you are wanting to pair (also make sure all other Bluetooth is off in the area you are trying to pair).
2. Take the earbuds out of the case.
3. Press and hold the multi-function (JAM) button for 3 seconds on both earbuds to turn them off.
4. Quick press multi-function (JAM) button once one each earbud to turn them on, allow the earbuds 10-15 seconds to power on.
5. Quick press multi-function (JAM) button twice to put earbuds in pairing mode.
6. Give the earbuds 30-60 seconds to connect to each other.
7. Turn Bluetooth on; on the device you want to connect to.
8. Select the Jam earbuds in available devices.

I like these a lot. They’re not too big and stay in the ear well. They could be louder but I use them at work so it’s ok. The charge last me about 7 hours on constant play. Easy to connect to my iPhone.
