Can only listen to the left when using one.

You wanna just use one earbud? Well sure, but you can only use the left oneWHATS THAT?! the left one dying, you wanna charge it and listen to the right one!? GET OUT. YOU CANT USE THE RIGHT ONE BY ITSELF!! EITHER use the left. or both at the same time.

The Perfect Wireless Headphones - No Complaints!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've traditionally used freebie headphones or headphones that come with phones so I didn't really know what I was missing out on until these headphones. The case is compact and perfectly fits each headphone for charging. They charge quickly and the light system to tell you when it's charged or not charged is extremely helpful. Beyond that, the charge lasted an exceptionally long time, which is huge as I've been bringing the headphones to work to use throughout the day. The headphones fit tightly in my ear but remain discreet enough to not be obnoxious. I'm always hesitant with wireless headphones because some of them protrude from the ear in such an obtrusive way. These were almost flush with my ear, completely hidden when my hair was down. The most important part, of course, is the sound. I've never really experienced hearing music like this. The sound was full and clear. I couldn't hear anything outside of the audio I was playing, making it a truly immersive experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband had been talking about getting a pair of blue booth ear buds. He was thinking of dropping hundreds of $$ for a more expensive pair.
I decided (lol) he didn’t NEED to buy those and I got him these instead. He used them a handful of times (hence why I frowned upon him buying the other ones). The only down side to them is that the battery life isn’t the best. Other than that, he can walk around the house with them on and his phone be in another room without a problem.

Great airpod alternative!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are great! I will admit they took a while to figure out how to get them to work but once I did they were great. I love to wear these while I walk my dog and use them to talk on the phone. I think that’s my favorite part about them.

I bought this 1-2 weeks ago, and they worked wonderfully. Great sound quality, and good battery life. However, the case has stopped working for me. I put the earphones back in the case, but the charging light does not come on, and my device says they are still connected.

Works well when jogging

These were a Christmas gift to me. The previous bluetooth earphones I used had a cable running between left & right side. When I was running the cable would wiggle which would cause the earphones to eventually fall out :-( Not the case with these JAM Audio Earbuds which stay in fine. I also like the charging case. They're excellent quality for media audio.
One thing that disappointed me was on voice calls, the audio only comes out of the left ear. I wouldn't mind so much if the audio was strong enough to be heard amongst background noise (when on the street, in public transport etc...) but I can't get it loud enough to overcome the background noise - I notice it's pretty quiet from my laptop too. I checked out the instructions and it turns out that this is intentional for safety reasons. JAM Audio should take this feedback into account and consider boosting the audio signal when making calls
