Impossible to connect to phone

It takes many times to connect. My phone says they are connected but sound keep coming out of phone even when you select pods on phone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Literal rubbish

This product has so much wrong! Where do I begin? Let's start with the dreadful sound quality. The bass in practically non-existent. Half of the time I could hear an ear piercing screeching sound. The left bud sometimes refuses to turn on. if you walk out of the room with these on your music stops. the touch controls are super fiddly. they are unusable. connecting them to my phone, laptop or ipad was a battle and half. Any time I wanted to listen to something I would have to reconnect it. The cheap outer plastic will be sure to scratch and break within a week or two. I hope you have been advised towards not buying these.

Problem with Left earbud

I was listening music, when suddenly the Left earbud starts to fail, the sound wasnt the same, please help. I'm from México.

We are sorry to hear this. We recommend resetting the earbuds using the following steps: 1.Turn off Bluetooth® on your device. 2. Take earbuds out of your case. 3. Press and hold “play/pause” button for 3 seconds on both earbuds to turn them off. 4. Press and hold “play/pause” button on both earbuds for 3 seconds to turn them on. 5. Earbuds should automatically go into sync mode once they are powered on. The master earbud(left) LED will flash blue and red alternatively, while the slave earbud (right) LED will slow flash blue. If they do not automatically go into sync mode, quickly press the play/ pause button on the left earbud five times to erase the Bluetooth® settings and put the earbuds into sync mode. 6. Turn on Bluetooth® on your device. 7. Pair to “Jam Live Loud” 8. Earbuds not disconnecting from your device? The Live Loud earbuds may automatically connect to your device if put in a charging case that has no battery left. For the best experience, periodically charge the case to ensure that it always has battery life.

Source Of My Daily Frustration

Bought these when my old wireless headphones broke. Have purchased JAM products before so these looked good for the gym and I wanted something smaller. Honestly a waste of money. Sound is okay, but constantly cut out, take forever to connect and half the time they are connected they don't play sound. Very disappointed.

Jam Headphones

These earbuds have great sound quality and a decently design. After a while though it can get a bit uncomfortable. Also, has a good sized battery, so you're able to use these earbuds for a while and aswell adding on the chargeable case. Overall, these Earbuds are great for value but for the $70 AUD , it is well worth it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Frustratingly poor

I bought them hoping they would serve me well at the gym... They take ages to pair to my device and when they do they continually cut out for 1 or 2 seconds every few minutes which I find highly frustrating...

I really regret buying these, the point of wireless headphones is that you don't have to deal with a wire, but what is the point if your arm briefly moving inbetween your pocket and your ear makes the audio stutter constantly?
I either have a really bad pair or these reviews are all fake.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Comes with instructions and an overall good product. I only wish it came with a little portable box/case. I have only used it a few times but so far so good. Hopefully it will continue to work for the next couple of years.
