No I would not buy again.

Did not stay attached to wall. Bracket broke that's holds it to the wall. Screws should be longer if no anchor is used.

I have a few different gates in my home, mainly for use to block stairs. This gate has proved to be one of the best. It's sturdy and feels secure but is lightweight. Upon opening the box, I really appreciated how ALL pieces needed for installation were secured right to the gate. The directions were very clear, and with everything needed right at my fingertips, it took only minutes to install correctly. Only tool needed was a screwdriver, as the cardboard spacers insured a correct fit without having to measure. The gate is easy to open so it's perfect for high traffic areas. I really like the swing stop to prevent it from swinging out over the steps at the top of the landing.

Great gate

We put this gate at the top of our stairs. It is very sturdy and easy for my five year old to open and close, yet keeps my 21 month old safely away from the stairs. My husband installed it rather quickly and it looked easy enough to put in (I'm confident I could have installed it myself).

Perfect baby gate that doesn't damage the walls!

I placed this gate at the top of the stairs, right outside of my daughter's play area and bedroom. Now that she's on the move, the stairs were a huge concern for us! This gate was easy to install, and I trust that it will keep her safe.

the easiest gate to install

This was so much easier to install than the other gate that we have. I had my husband install it but as I watched him do it I realized that I could easily have done it myself since you barely have to do anything except put the screws in the wall. The screws are already positioned inside the frame so you don't have to get them from a box or sort which piece goes where. Seriously this could be installed in less than 5 minutes. It is really sturdy and we are my son just learned to climb and tries pulling on everything so I'm glad it's secured tightly in the wall. highly recommend this--especially if you hate putting together furniture and following a huge book of directions, this is nothing like that. The easiest baby product we've built.

This is a great product! It helps to keep my little one away from the stairs but is also easy to open and get through as an adult and for my older children.
