Great hood vent, lighting issue out of the box

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Vent works great. A bit noisy but I don't mind that as long as it works. Lights are nice BUT I'm having issues with the right side intermittently flashing on & off. I'll have to file a warranty claim.

CFM Output

I just installed this unit in my home, unfortuatnly the CFM max output is over 400 and becasue of that I need makeup air in my home (per biulding code). Does Bosch make CFM reducer for this unit?

This hood is 95% perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The hood is big, shiny and gorgeous. I bought this particular one because I can program it to come on automatically when my stovetop is powered on and the fans seem more than capable of handling anything. I feel like more thought could have gone into the lights. I wish they were diffused more so my Bosch induction cooktop wouldn't reflect 6 bright, distinct LED lights right into my face while cooking. Another gripe with the lights is the placement. For a hood this size the lights should have either been slightly tilted back to light up more of the cooktop or a second set of lights added to the back of the hood. I also hate that the 'connect' light is always on but none of this would prevent me from recommending this hood.

Fantastic hood

Happy with my purchase

I purchase this hood solely because I also have a Bosch range and wanted to stainless steel to match exactly. The hood is strong and works very well. I can see the steam being swept up directly by the fan. I haven't tried out the WiFi or other functions aside from the light. I m don't have any complaints
