While I do like my elliptical, I did not enjoy the costs. The machine is expensive enough but then they want $180 to be able to use the ifit maps. That was a big selling point and I can't even use it. and another $180 to warranty the machine. I really could not even afford this very expensive machine and they want to bleed me for more. Not right!

Plus I really feel like I am getting a good full body workout out of this machine that is still radically just as good as the competition, or even better. I work up a sweat in no time, and I love that I can track all of the vitals my workout right from the touch screen. Minuses I am disappointed in just two things with this product: the calorie tracking, any confusing way in which you interface with iFit to plan your workouts. I think the calories used in a workout are just guess work. I went from running to using this machine, and I am certain that I am working harder than I am running, but the calories used in the workout are estimated to be half of what I would burn doing a run. That just doesn't seem right. I have chatted with the support folks, and they are not able to offer any solutions, so I will just guess what I'm burning in calories. The issue I have with the iFit interface, and iFit itself is that it would be nicer to have programs that are set up to introduce novice users to the functions of the machine, and also to help them develop programs which will increase their conditioning slowly in a way that does not make them feel like they will never get this thing right. I've done some workouts that were relatively easy and simple, and others that were clearly over my head. The problem is it is it's not very simple for me to figure out which workouts are going to be at my level and which ones are going to be too easy or too hard before I actually start the workout

Unbelievable workout. You can push yourself beyond your limits. Instantaneous resistance changes takes hiit to a new level for me. One downside is the delivery company. The machine I ordered took a month to be delivered to my house. Setup was easy and it seems to be a high quality machine. I have used it almost daily for a month.

Love this machine! Very smooth, very quiet, great workout. Unfortunately it came with a part that was bent inside the magnetic area. I had poor experience with customer service, so I just called a local person to fix it. Now that it's fixed, it's wonderful! I have a proform recumbent bicycle that I also love.
