Very happy with bike. One issue.

Very happy I bought this bike! My only issue (besides the fact I needed to raise the handlebars and get them a little closer to my seat) is that the pedal assist system, when you get going fast on a flat or downhill, cuts off my ability to pedal faster with resistance (more speed). It seems like it I am just "spinning" at high speed and not pushing the bike at all.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this bike for pedal assist; however, it is so versatile that I frequently use it without any assist.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am still trying to find a dealership or cycle repair centre that could test the battery on my bike .

2nd Electric Bike

I had purchased an eBike from Costco in 2021. It was like a tank with wide tires, heavy and bulky. The Adventure Bike is just what I wanted. In fact, you can not even tell its an eBike. Plenty of power, manuverable and comfortable for my 6'2 220lb frame.

Battery dead. Can’t find a replacement

We bought 2 bikes to travel with. All was good until one of the Adventure bikes battery went dead. Now I am unable to find a replacement!!
Jetson doesn’t carry them and I have spent close to a week searching with no luck.
Love the bikes but have to given 2 stars because it’s no adventure without a battery.

Great bike

I had a refurbished adventure bike and it worked pretty neatly for a long time. The only problem was the brakes would periodically need tuning. Otherwise a really good experience with the bike.

I don’t know if it’s automatic inhibitor or what. But the bike battery kicks off when I’m going up hill. Very frustrating. Some people suggested the disc brake might be touching, causing the power from the battery to disengage. When I called Jetson, twice, both times they sent me a video of how to fix old fashioned pad brakes that don’t even apply to this bike. More frustration, turning into anger and now type 2 diabetes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
