Heavy, but solid

I've had my bike for 5 months now. There was a slight issue with one of the parts, and while it wasn't quick to get customer service to handle the issue, they took care of it very well. I received the part and the bike worked great. In fact, I liked it so much, I bought my wife the same model a month late.

Makes Riding Fun for Seniors

Now that I'm 65 years old, this bike makes mountain biking fun again. Now I can use pedal assist when I have to climb steep or moderate slopes. I can ride with my younger friends too and keep up with them, with ease. Electric bikes are great for seniors and for anyone else that needs that little extra assist. The Jetson Electric bike is a great choice. I would defiantly buy again.

Good Value for Money

Most of my use is off road where it performs well. Tyres provide adequate traction in all but the muddiest areas. I particularly like the fact that the battery is concealed as it makes cleaning much easier. The narrow handlebars are a bonus for getting through gaps. Although the bike is inevitably fairly heavy I generally use it without the electrical assist only engaging it when climbing hills and then I leave my younger and fitter friends behind! So far it has been totally reliable and the built in front light adds safety. All in all an effective, attractive and robust bike which is good value for money.

I have lost 35 lbs and rode it 650 miles all together 7 miles to work and 7 miles back all summer.

Amazing Bike

The Adventure Electric Bike is like a god-sent. It gets me to my destination quickly and quietly. There is hardly any maintenance required on the unit. A fantastic bike overall.

So much fun

I am so happy I bought this bicycle. As a kid I loved my bicycle. I moved to the Bay Area 30 years ago and the hills were just to big to be able to ride from my house. I had yo put my bike in the car and drive to the flats.
Now I ride from my house up and and the big hills. I feel like a kid again!

Greatest bike ever!

After test driving many different brands and types of ebikes I decided on the Jetson Adventure E-bike. After driving it for a few hundred miles, I couldn’t be happier with my choice. Jetson bikes are extremely well designed and built. They are extremely smooth riding and the components operate smoothly. Of all the bikes I test drove, the Jetson bikes had one of the best pedal assists as far as feeling much like a traditional bike - accept very much easier, of course. It compared very favorably with the much more expensive mid-motor designs. I chose the Jetson Adventure because I wanted to take it on camping trips and explore back roads/trails. I couldn’t be more pleased with how well it handles even the roughest and steepest roads. Yet it seems to be equally well suited for pavement and city streets. I have been very impressed with Jetson as a company and how well they support their customers in all aspects of buying, assembling, and responding to questions. I highly recommend them!

Great High Quality Electric Bike

This electric bike exceeded all my expectations! The bike is well built with high quality components like fork, brakes, handle bar and even the saddle is high quality. Tires are good but can easily be upgraded for more off road traction. Battery and power is very sufficient and 21 speed gears are very smooth.
I would recommend this to a friend!
