Consumer Safety issue needs immediate corrections

I use a lot of Samsung products, phones, tablets, and many household appliances. The Gas Dryer was delivered to me on April 3 this year, order number #US058568550. I was happy with everything in the beginning but when I used it the first time, the upper right corner of the door cut my hand to bleeding (see 5 pictures attached), I called the customer service right away, he promised to replace me a new one, but because of the COVID-19 situation, it is hard to do social distancing for installers come to install the second dryer, I feel not safe to do that. Now every time I use the dryer, I need to be very careful to prevent the door cut my hand again. I believe the engineering design and the production assembly needs to be improved, not sure a new one can resolve the problem. This is about consumer safety and to prevent injury during use. If it is not during the pandemic situation, I will return the machine and order another one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the fact I can throw stuff in it and not worry about over drying. It has a steam clean capability haven't tried it yet but can't wait to. Also love the melody it place when the clothes are dry instead of that annoying buzzer.
