Nice Dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like my dryer, but my biggest complaint is the speed it dries....it seems to take forever....It could be due to the size of loads I am able to do. I like all the setting and the fact I can do loads and not dry completely.... sometimes I like to hang things to avoid shrinkinge..but have not noticed this machine causing that. It is quite and performs well. I like that the lint screen has a cover to help keep the lint on the screen. I also like the color. Over all, happy with the machine...it does the job I need it to do!

Great features, Horrible Paint Finish

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] dryer has great features, but it has horrible paint. we sprayed stain remover on a shirt on top of the dryer and it left horrible stains in the paint. disappointing paint finish!!

Faulty Dryer & the WORST Customer Service

1st use of dryer it makes a loud scratching sound. called samsung, waited a week for a return call. 4 calls that week and kept being told i needed to wait for a call back which never happened. asked to speak to a manager told a ticket would need to be entered that would take 24 hours. called again, found the service provider assigned, earliest they can come out is 12/21. sp told me to call samsung to ask for a replacement. called samsung was told i could order a replacement but it won’t be delivered until 1/9 so 2 months i will have no dryer. customer service at samsung is a joke. every time you call they have to submit a ticket to escalate your issue or to speak to anyone with any authority & still have not received any call backs. this will be the last product we ever buy from samsung.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice Features, Poor Paint

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] dryer has nice features, but horrible paint. we sprayed stain remover on clothes on top of the dryer and it stained the paint. we would regularly do this with our old dryer and never had any issues.

Excellent Dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer is great. The different settings allow for safely drying delicates, while also handling completely drying heavy duty loads. The various settings are also easy to start, so I can attend quickly to laundry while doing other tasks. The look is sleek and fits nicely with the other appliances throughout my house. I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest opinion.

Samsung Washer 2019

The design is sleek and contemporary color is great addition to any laundry room. Everything is easy to get to and easily understand. The audio setting alerts are helpful
lets you know what is happening. Slow close lid is great to save fingers and startling noise of dropped lids, and the clear top allows you to actually see the cleaning process. happy with the quality and features. It spins really well with different levels of spin, so clothes take less time to dry as well. Bedding setting allows sanitized loads to ensure my/your families health during the flu season. i also Like to use the sanitation for my small dog items. Upon my further reading and I will know for sure with my future washing if the stainless steel wash basket that gently guides clothes in the drum really helps with protecting fabrics from fraying and snags.

Large Samsung Dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first saw the dryer, I liked the design of it. The color was great, and I liked that you could see through to the clothes inside. I liked that everything was digital. I have never had an experience with digital controls before. It was very easy to figure out how to operate. It has many different choices and features available. Much more than I had on my previous machine. It seems to dry with no issues and rather quickly. I like that you have an economy choice for drying also. I have tried the steam dry and it works well. I also like that it has a rack to put in do you can dry your shoes without them bouncing around. All in all, this is a great machine with many features that I am sure I will enjoy for a long time.
