Buy the extended warranty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dryer broke down 6 months after warranty expired….technician Samsung sent out didn’t know how to fix it….wife caught him on YouTube trying to figure out how to install replacement part….he either broke it trying to install or part came broken….still waiting for competent technician to come fix it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Too expensive, not worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good dryer, but very lousy guarantee and poor after sale service. These appliances always seems to break down after the warranty expires! WHY? And on top of that, repair service is extremely expensive. I don't recommend buying expensive appliances, like this one, just because the service age is very short. Just buy a basic dryer and don't pay extra for all the useless extra's.
