Great features! Takes some learning

There was a bit of a learning curve for us, as we were transitioning from a simpler setup, but once we got the hang of it, we have been loving it. It dries our laundry fast and efficiently.

why won’t the “cooling” light on the display ever go away? how will the dryer ever dry to its full capacity if it is always “cooling”? brand new washer and dryer received april 22, 2021.

Have you already tried power resetting the dryer by turning off the circuit breaker for a few minutes and turning it back on? If you have, we may need to do some more research into your issue. Broke right after a year

dryer’s drum cracked after 1 year of normal use in a 3 people household.dryer made odd rotation noise and found crack on weld after checking the drum.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Rollers go bad way to often.

I bought this washer/dryer set 2 years ago the washer is great no issues. The dryer is another matter. We are now on the 4th set of rollers and belt. This is ridiculous. I tried to reach out to Samsung but the bot couldn't understand the issue. I always have to add more time for a normal size load to dry, the rollers/belt keep going out making it ridiculously loud. The top scratches so easy. It looks like my 10 year old set I replaced these with in just 2 years. I dont use it outside of normal laundry. My set that I had 10 years I never replaced the rollers once. Miss those LGs.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

When you do laundry, you should consider the weight of each load you wash/dry to get the best results. Please see the link below.
The best laundry load size for your Samsung washing machine and dryer/Load your dryer

Please ensure the dryer is not in ECO DRY mode, as this setting will reduce the power consumption of certain other cycles but will extend the length of the cycle, potentially up to 3 times as long. Eco Dry is on by default on Normal and Time Dry cycles for models with the feature.

Samsung dryers are generally very quiet. Many of the sounds are normal or can be fixed with little effort. Check out the link for more details.
