Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love everything about this range from the different modes like proofing and the temperature probe. Favorite feature is the fact that the controls are on the front so there is not a back control panel next to the wall. I now have about 6 extra inches of cook space and can fit at least two large pans on the cook top at once.

Not a fan of the cooktop

We've had this range for 3 years (it came with the new housing unit we purchased). We're not fans of gas cooktops in general: Compared to a convection cooktop, it takes forever to heat up water, it's difficult to control the cooking, and the cooktop surface is a pain to clean. The back burners have never heated well; they basically take up space. We are switching this range for an induction cooktop.
The probe is not easy to operate. The control panel is far from intuitive. Still, we appreciate the Bosch reliability above the "regular " brands. The oven appears to have a good heat distribution. I would recommand a Boshc range, but perhaps not a natural gas cooktop.
Oh, and by the way, the terms of use for submitting a comment are probably meant to scare away people who may have doubts about what is appropriate for comments...

Bosch gas range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Can't say enough about my Bosch range. Had it for 3 weeks now, cookies using convect bake turned out amazing! Then my homemade rosemary foccacia evenly baked and a big hit. Love the two oven lights, great illumination and much appreciated. Telescopic racks!!!!! Soooo great, bought an extra one, so worth it! And did I mention gas...so great to cook with.

Gas stove

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have had our stove now for over a year, I love cooking with a gas stove, heat is even and consistent. The oven heat is also even and consistent. The only issue I had was the warming drawer the heating element was not working since new, I called the service center recommended and they came right away and then I had to wait for the part and they came and installed it, and since then it has been working fine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love this range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to try a Bosch gas range. Very impressed with the burners performance. The oven didn't seem to be hot enough. They made adjustment and now seems to be performing satisfactory. The only thing that I do not approve of is the molding that runs along the counter top of the slide in range. It is beyond me why this strip of stainless steel does not run from the front of the stove to the back of the stove. I will attach a picture to show what I'm talking about. Due to this problem I have an opening or hole between stove and counter top. I'm not happy with that. So because of this I will not be giving a five star.
