Smartcast gave me blank black screen

After many reboots and software updates, along with an hour chat with tech service, Smartcast wouldn't load.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Joey123, as long as you are connected to a stable network and within range you should be able to load the SmartCast input without an issue. Typically if we are unable to resolve your issue over the phone we would service your television. Fast operation and uploading

When I compare my Vizio TV with my last TV which I had I find the VIZIO is more comfortable and faster to reach the channels and apps.
