AUDIO WILL NOT WORK

I just bought this tv a few days ago and I'm already having audio problems. I have it hooked up to a PS4 Pro and the audio keeps cutting. It worked perfectly fine on my old tv.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Is this tv 2160 or 1080?

The best picture I can get on this is 1080. If it is 2160, who do I get it to work? I am using an Amazon Firestick with 4K quality. I got this as a birthday gift and I am not impressed with the picture at all.

Sure a $2000 tv is going look some better than a $300 tv, but not $1700 better!

50 inch Smart TV 4K HDR at a great price. I got it on sale at Sam's club for $289.99. Unbelievable, absolutely love it.

Good image, weak sound, USB functionality lacking

Have been using this for 3 weeks. The worst thing about the TV from my perspective is the fact that playing a movie from USB stick, it is not possibler to resume watching the film where you left off. You must forward through half of the film to get to where you are. Basic function that is missing. Can't connect HDD through USB. Can't shuffle music or pictures through USB. All else is reasonably functional. Not a fan of the OS, it is slow and confusing. Sound is weak so it will need a soundbar. Low refresh rate. Decent otherwise and for the price acceptable in case you were not planning to run anything off USB.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Set up was a snap, great picture, but...Alexa does not function. TV says we're paired, app says we're paired, but nothing happens. Too bad, it was one of the reasons I went with this model.
