First the downloading updates screen took forever. Then only Netflix would work. Called Vizio support and was told there was a firmware issue, but they couldn't say when the issue would be resolved. Returned the TV and purchsed a Samsung.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This tv is fantastic for a second one in the house. Great size and functionality. It was so easy to set up the smart features. Only wish is that the Spotify app was supported.

Satisfied with this tv. It has everything I was looking for. Wish there was a YouTube button on the remote but can live without it when all the apps pop up. Just a few clicks then my little ones are on YouTube. Well, I’ve always had a Vizio tv but this has got to be the best one yet!
