Doesn’t work with DirecTV 4K

Bought a new 4K TV, upgraded my directv to 4K just to find out the TV doesn’t recognize the service. Vizio support says they know it’s an issue but don’t have a resolution. Don’t count on support.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
