Had to go through 5 deliveries, 4 had cracked screens on Delivery and one had a defective screen!

Navigation is easy sound has great quality especially with a Vizio sound bar and bass box. Love the picture and service from customer service.

We bought this after seeing the features: Apple AirPlay and Netflix built in with Alexa integration (voice commands). Now, after seeing how much better this TV is than our other TVs, we will only get Vizio. The smart integration with Alexa works. The app to control the TV is easy to use. And, the TV image is a better quality to boot. Really happy with this purchase.
