My Vizio TV is great but it is lacking certain options. I also have a Samsung smart TV and the option on the Samsung vs the Vizio are much better. Samsung has a better user interface with better apps.

Love visio TVs but disappointed

Bought it and was happy till they updated it. I could use my phones apps to watch movies. After update couldn't use my chromecast. I bought Disney plus and found out that I couldn't play on my tv due to firmware not up to date or something like that
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hello Scadamross, this television recently received an update adding Disney+ to the SmartCast input. As far as your loss of control after the update is very odd. We’d really love the opportunity to have our tech support team run through some troubleshooting steps to see if we can get the TV up and running for you. Display freezes on plank screen sometimes. Has to be restarted and then works fine.
